DON'T OVERLOAD THE MACHINE
Most of the time we try filling an extra kilo of clothes in the washing machine to avoid next trip of washing cycle. This small load damages the bearings, shocks, motor etc.,
CLEAN THE MACHINE AFTER USE
After every wash, clean the detergent residues and wipe off the drum and washer. Incase of a Front load washer, ensure to wipe and clean the rubber seal at the door. Do keep the door open for sometime after every laundry.
REGULAR DEEP DRUM CLEANING
Use of Wrong/Excess detergent, hard water usage, huge dirt & soil accumulation from the clothes need to be flushed out at regular interval. Ensure you use Drum cleaner materials at regular interval to deep clean the washing machine.
CLEAN THE LINT FILTER
Incase your washer is equipped with a Lint Filter, ensure you clean it after every wash.
MOVE THE MACHINE & CLEAN IT
It is very important to move the washer unit at regular interval and clean the surrounding area from dust & debris. Place the washer at even surface & adjust the legs if required to match the floor.
REPLACE WATER HOSES
Regular usage of washing machine results in hoses getting bulged, cracked or leaking. Proactively replace the hoses once in 3-4 years.
